The Practice Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the mental health practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to provide flexible scheduling support, including occasional weekend oversight when needed.

This role requires strong data analysis capabilities, experience in mental health billing, and proficiency in Excel to support reporting, performance tracking, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee integration of Mental Health services within PM Urgent Cares
  • Oversee daily operations across clinical and administrative functions to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate and maintain reports related to scheduling, billing, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Oversee payroll processes, including validating provider hours, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll submission
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with mental health billing practices, including claims submission, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
  • Support provider scheduling oversight, ensuring appropriate utilization and coverage
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Assist in onboarding and training staff on operational processes and systems
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Provide flexible support, including occasional weekend oversight to ensure continuity of operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Masters strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Attention to detail a requirement.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team driven environment.
  • Ability to work some evenings or weekends may be required
  • Predominantly Remote; Will require occasional travel to Mental Health Practices

Compensation:

Compensation Dependent Upon Location and Experience
