This role is hybrid, with 3-4 days onsite required in the Metro Region (University Hospital, Riley Hospital for Children, Methodist Hospital, West Hospital, Fishers Hospital and North Hospital.)
The Practice Operations Specialist serves as a key operational partner supporting the Hospitalists Division across the Metro region. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, medical directors, and administrative leaders to ensure efficient provider operations, support business initiatives, and drive operational excellence across multiple hospital locations.
This position combines analytics, operations, and relationship management, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys working with data while building strong partnerships across a complex healthcare environment. You will play a critical role in provider scheduling, performance reporting, operational project support, and divisional initiatives that impact more than 200 providers throughout the region.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key organizational initiatives, including Epic-related projects and ongoing operational transitions within the Hospitalists Division.
