Your north star:The Practice Operations Lead is an execution-focused operational leader dedicated to supporting, scaling, and optimizing specific clinical disciplines (e.g., Nursing, Obstetrics Providers, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, etc.). This role ensures our clinicians have the operational infrastructure, clear workflows, and change management support they need to succeed.

Compensation:
The expected salary range offered for this role is $95,000 to $115,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
