As a Practice Nurse, you'll support our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern and supportive environment.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

• Immunisations and vaccine management
• Wound care and dressings
• Health assessments and care planning
• Chronic disease management support
• Patient recalls and follow-up activities
• Infection control and accreditation activities
• Clinical administration and documentation

About you

• To be successful, you will have:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous nursing experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A collaborative and patient-focused approach
• Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management (desirable)
