We are seeking a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional care to patients. This permanent part-time opportunity is ideally suited to someone who can work independently, while also contributing as a valued member of a collaborative clinical team.

About the role

You'll work closely with our GPs and practice team, supporting a range of clinical and patient care activities including:

• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Wound care and dressings
• Health assessments and care planning
• Chronic disease management support
• Patient recalls and follow-up activities
• Infection control and quality improvement initiatives
• Clinical documentation and administrative support

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
• Previous experience in general practice, primary care or community health (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working autonomously when required
• A positive, team-oriented approach
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
