Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulations
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and collections
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing patient concerns and resolving issues
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and effective communication
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software
