The Practice Manager has a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, optimizing workflow efficiency and quality, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery. This position contributes to the success and growth of the practice while fostering a positive work environment.

Position Details:

Practice Manager

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - 65+ Prime

Opportunities at: Lemay Ferry and South City Offices

Full Time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinic staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience and outcomes

  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff performance and engagement

  • Support providers through effective communication and coordination of care

  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient access

  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and EHR use

  • Manage practice performance, including financials, work queues, and key metrics

  • Drive patient experience, quality improvement, and growth initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: High school Diploma or equivalent

Experience 1 year experience in supervisory role in physician clinic setting

Skills, Knowledge Abilities:

Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals. 

Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions. 

Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. 

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders. 

Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities. 

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education Bachelors degree
