If you’re an experienced Practice Manager, a natural people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant ready for your next big step, this is your chance to lead a centre with momentum. You won’t be doing it alone, either. Your Regional Manager and our national support teams will back you every step of the way.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day running of the Runaway Bay centre. You’ll create a positive, professional environment where your team thrives and every patient leaves happy.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding patient experience every time
• Manage rosters, appointment books, patient flow and centre presentation
• Work hand in hand with our dentists to keep a busy schedule running smoothly and efficiently
• Spot opportunities to grow the centre and help bring them to life
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures
• Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

This is a role where you’ll see the impact of your leadership every day, with a team, a patient base and a centre ready to grow with you.

About you

You’re warm, organised and energised by a busy day. You lead by example, bring out the best in people and take real pride in a centre that runs well. You’re excited by growth and eager to make your mark.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations as a Practice Manager, Senior DA or team leader
• Confidence running a busy, multi-chair centre
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for coaching and developing others
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, growth-minded approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
