We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of two Primary Care practices! They are located at 307 West Central Street in Natick, MA and 981 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA.

We offer a full range of primary care services for patients at both sites – from routine check-ups and health screenings to complex diagnostic evaluation and treatment. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being. This Practice Manager will oversee a current team of 3 providers and 6 staff members (clinical and non-clinical) in Natick; however, this practice has exciting plans to grow to a team of up to 6 providers and 12 staff members. In Wellesley, the Manager will oversee a team of 6 providers and 9 staff members (clinical and non-clinical). In addition to leading day-to-day operations, the Practice Manager will play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives, helping to expand both practices by enhancing operational efficiency, supporting provider recruitment and retention, improving patient access, and identifying opportunities to grow services and patient volume. Our practices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Practice Manager is expected to maintain an onsite presence for the majority of operating hours.

In collaboration with the Director of Operations, Primary Care and the Medical Directors, the Practice Manager will be responsible for all aspects of site operations, oversight of budgets, quality measures and will work collaboratively with administrative, clinical, and leadership teams to achieve operational and clinical care goals.

Responsible for single-site practice or smaller multi-site practices (3 or more locations).
