Warrington Vets for Pets are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated team on a fixed term basis (12 months).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding client and patient care while driving the success of a busy veterinary practice. Working closely with the clinical and support teams, you'll play a key role in creating a positive culture, supporting colleague development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Our standalone practice is ideally located within easy reach of both Manchester and Liverpool, close to the Peak District and just 20 minutes from Manchester Airport. The practice is modern, bright and spacious, equipped with excellent facilities and supported by a welcoming team of 4 Vets, a Head Nurse, 2 RVNs and 4 Receptionists.
We're proud of our collaborative environment, where teamwork, wellbeing and exceptional care for our clients and patients are at the heart of everything we do.
We're looking for an experienced and confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll have a proven track record of developing successful teams, managing performance and achieving results, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and colleague engagement.
Previous veterinary practice management experience would be highly desirable, however we would also welcome applications from candidates with management experience gained within other clinical, healthcare or related professional environments. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can inspire others, build strong relationships and make a positive impact on both the team and the business.
