The Practice Manager for St. Mary’s Orthopedics will provide dedicated, full-time operational leadership for a growing surgical subspecialty practice. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting an established facility with integrated imaging services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing ongoing provider and service line growth. The Practice Manager will work closely with physicians and cross-functional departments to strengthen workflows, enhance patient access, and drive practice growth, including referral development and provider onboarding, as the practice continues to expand in scale and complexity.

Licensure/Certification/Registration none required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years experience with practice management systems in key areas such as set up, billing, registration, EMR and must be very knowledgeable of computer systems. Must have in depth understanding of physician practice management and work flow. Management experience required.
