As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the team is supported, engaged, and performing at their best while delivering outstanding patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice
• Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
• Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the dental industry, including management responsibilities
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a busy practice
• Confident people leader with the ability to motivate, support, and inspire high-performing teams
• Experience supporting local marketing initiatives to drive patient growth and community engagement
• Solid business acumen across reception and administrative functions essential to running a successful practice
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance, support growth, and maximise profitability
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective systems and protocols
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness and capability to step into the front desk when needed
