Practice Manager | Bupa Dental Kensington

Permanent Full Time | Monday - Friday

Lead a well-established dental practice, build a great team culture and make a genuine impact on the day to day experience of our people and patients.

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our Bupa Dental Kensington team.

This is a hands on leadership opportunity within an established 3 chair practice, where you’ll have the autonomy to lead the day to day operation of the practice, develop your team and create an environment where both our people and patients feel genuinely supported.

What you’ll be doing

As Practice Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and performance of the practice, working closely with the Practice Principal and Practice Development Manager.

You’ll:

• Lead, coach and support a diverse team, creating a positive and collaborative practice culture
• Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the practice and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Manage team performance, rostering, workflow and operational priorities
• Take ownership of practice performance including revenue, costs and P&L
• Build strong relationships with dentists, support teams and patients
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement and overall practice performance

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced people leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team while keeping a busy practice running smoothly.

• Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within dental, healthcare or another customer focused environment
• Around 2+ years’ experience leading and developing teams
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, revenue and costs
• Excellent organisation and the ability to balance people, patients and operational priorities
• Confidence navigating challenging conversations and solving problems
• A warm, approachable leadership style and genuine passion for building a great team culture

Dental experience will be highly regarded, however we’re open to strong healthcare leaders with transferable practice management skills.
