Practice Manager – i-Orthodontics (Lone Tree, CO)

At i-Orthodontics, we don’t just transform smiles — we uplift people. We’re looking for a Practice Manager to help lead our amazing team across multiple office locations, with our main hub in Lone Tree, Colorado.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of leadership experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings positivity and enthusiasm to leading, mentoring, and motivating others while ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations.

(This is a full-time, onsite position requiring travel between i-Orthodontics offices.)

Balanced Schedule

Full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily practice operations across multiple office locations, including scheduling, patient correspondence, and third-party services.
  • Manage compliance with all regulatory standards (HIPAA/PIPA, OSHA, etc.).
  • Maintain a smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day by coordinating scheduling, team communication, and chair utilization to ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers.
  • Monitor and maintain practice budgets, A/R, and end-of-month reconciliation.
  • Process insurance payments and refunds accurately.
  • Support the practice’s marketing initiatives — including participating in and representing i-Orthodontics at community and local events to strengthen patient engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining team members.
  • Support team training and ensure continuous professional development.
  • Promote exceptional patient care and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with doctors and support teams to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
  • Foster communication through daily huddles, team meetings, and shared communication tools.
  • Provide back-up support to the Treatment Coordinator and Patient Concierge teams, including facilitating new patient consultations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, office administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing a team and coaching for success through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about leadership, growth, and creating a positive team culture.
  • 3+ years in dental or healthcare environments (an asset).
  • Strong organizational and change management skills.
  • Strong financial management skills and experience with fiduciary responsibilities, including safeguarding practice resources, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring appropriate use of funds.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for operational flow and patient scheduling efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Confidently represents the practice at community events and builds positive relationships within the community.
  • Proficient with basic technology tools and systems, including digital communication and office software.
