As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that will see you:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
  • Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
  • Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
  • Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
  • Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
  • Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

We’re looking for a caring and passionate natural leader, someone who is ready to join a strong team and make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners! Your skills and experience will include:

  • A Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
  • Experience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice manager!
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team members
  • An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • A friendly, team player attitude
  • Strong business acumen and organisational skills
  • Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
