It’s a practical location that makes both work and life outside of work accessible.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running
  • Lead, support, and develop your team
  • Manage rostering, inventory, and HR processes
  • Recruit and build a strong nursing team
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows
  • Maintain a high level of client service and team engagement

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Veterinary industry experience (essential)
  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A calm and solutions-focused approach
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build and improve systems
  • A genuine passion for team culture and patient care

Why Greencross

    • Pounce discounts across everyday brands, travel and more
  • Access to a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • A culture built on respect, collaboration, and support
  • A genuine focus on work/life balance
