Alstonville Family Dental is looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our friendly and supportive team. As Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a positive and collaborative environment for both patients and staff. You will work closely with clinicians and support teams to drive performance, engagement, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical and administrative team
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Driving a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience
• Overseeing rostering, workflow management, and team productivity
• Supporting financial and operational performance targets
• Managing patient enquiries, escalations, and service standards
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Ensuring compliance with practice policies, procedures, and standards
• Building strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Practice Manager or leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Experience in dental or healthcare is highly regarded but not essential
