Practice Overview:

• Fully private practice, supporting FPI and Plan patients
• Role starts from June 15th 2026
• Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm and Fridays, 8:30am – 2:30pm
• Join a growing, close-knit dental team, including 2 clinicians and a hygienist in a 2-surgery practice
• Modern facilities within the practice
• Ongoing rebranding, marketing and development of a new team, so we are looking for the right person to integrate with and help direct the team
• Support provided primarily by the Principal Dentist and wider clinical leads

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling and registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems
• Supervise and develop practice personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in operations, including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling and other personnel-related activities
• Ensure the practice provides an excellent level of patient service, including the resolution of patient concerns and issues
• Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures
• Oversee compliance-related activity
• Provide additional administrative support to the clinicians through the completion of assigned tasks
• Be proactive in encouraging the continued growth of the practice and patient base

Role Requirements:

• Previous practice manager experience or clinical experience within a dental setting
