Location: Lind Eyecare & Optical, Kearney, NE

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and patient flow.
• Lead and mentor non-clinical staff while fostering a culture of service and accountability.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and care standards
