The Jean Hailes Clinic is a highly regarded multi-disciplinary specialist women’s health clinic located in Melbourne's central business district. The Clinical Operations team (non-clinical practice staff and nurses) supports the delivery of a wide range of high-quality clinical services from approximately 40 specialist health contractors. The clinicians include gynaecologists, endocrinologists, vulval dermatologists, general practitioners and allied health practitioners.
The Practice Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the Jean Hailes Clinic to ensure safe, high-quality care is provided. Ensuring employees and clinician-contractors remain engaged with the organisation through timely communication, is a key component of the role. The Practice Manager will identify and implement opportunities to improve operations and clinical governance, working with the Nurse Coordinator, CEO and the Clinical Advisory Team.
