Job Description

VetStrategy is seeking a Practice Manager to join our growing network of clinics across Saskatoon, Saskatchewan . This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of veterinary care in your community.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and inspire clinical and support teams across one or more practices
• Drive accountability and performance through coaching, feedback, and talent development
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility management
• Manage budgets, drive revenue, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure a consistent, compassionate experience
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards
• Champion local marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Implement strategic initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dayforce)
• A passion for client service and team development
• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
