As a
Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a healthcare
practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining
efficient administrative processes. Your leadership will be essential in
managing staff, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the patient experience.

  Manage the operational
  aspects of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource
  allocation.

  Develop and implement
  policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with
  healthcare regulations.

  Supervise and support staff,
  including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to promote a
  collaborative work environment.

  Monitor financial
  performance, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes to
  ensure financial viability.

  Foster positive

  Coordinate with healthcare

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or
  a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 
  Previous experience in healthcare management, with at least two years in
  a practice management role.
• 
  Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, billing practices, and
  regulatory requirements.
• 
  Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• 
  Proficient in practice management software and electronic health record
  (EHR) system.
