About the Role

This role focuses on people leadership, coordination and operational support. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys leading people, improving how things work and contributing to a positive, well-organised hospital environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an organised, approachable and people-focused leader with a strong understanding of how veterinary hospitals operate. You’re comfortable working in a busy, clinical environment and enjoy supporting teams through coordination, clear communication and practical problem-solving.
You work well alongside others, value collaboration and are confident contributing ideas and solutions, while balancing operational efficiency with a genuine focus on people and pets. You’re calm under pressure, adaptable, and motivated by creating a positive workplace culture where people feel supported and care standards remain high.
