Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily operations and administrative workflows
Managing, training, and supporting staff
Ensuring high standards of patient care and service
Improving efficiency across scheduling, communication, and internal processes
Monitoring performance metrics and implementing operational improvements

Strong leadership and team-management skills
Proven experience in operational or practice management

No medical background required
