We are seeking a Practice Lead, Professional Services to join our Canada team. In this role you will oversee the development and implementation of business process/technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques. You are viewed by customers as a consultant.
In this role you will be responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution. You will perform in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic business development and relationship management within the financial services and/or fintech industry.
Proven track record of success negotiating and closing complex deals with large financial institutions and enterprise clients.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
Deep expertise in financial technology platforms and a thorough understanding of financial services products (e.g., payments, banking, wealth management).
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous, startup-like environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Compensation
Salary Range: CAD $240,000- $260,000 . Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
