Whatyou’llaccomplishwithus

As Practice Lead, CitizenDevelopment,youwillsupport the structure,intake,prioritization, andevolutionoflowcodeinitiativeswhilefosteringalignmentand collaborationacrosstheorganization

  • Enable andcoordinateinteractionsbetweenbusinessteams,citizendevelopers, and stakeholders toensurealignmentonpriorities, objectives, andexpectedvalue.

  • Actasacentral point of coordination for CitizenDevelopmentinitiatives,ensuringcoherenceandcontinuityacrossarapidlyevolvingecosystem

  • Facilitatekeyworkingsessions,includingintakereviews,prioritizationdiscussions, andfollowups, to support effectivedecisionmakingandprogress

  • Serve as the entry point for newrequestsand initiativesrelatedtolowcodesolutions (e.g., Power Platform, automation flows).

  • Performinitial analyses toensurerequestsarecomplete,clear, andactionable, and guidethemtowardtheappropriatedeliverypathsandresources

  • Structure,maintain, andoverseeabacklogofrequestsand initiatives,ensuringasmoothand efficient flowfromideatodelivery

  • Provideclearvisibilityonprogress,priorities,workload,risks, and issues to supportinformeddecisionmakingby stakeholders.

  • Identifyandcoordinatedependenciesacrossteams, support theresolutionofblockers, andescalateissueswhenrequired

  • Ensureinitiativesalignwithestablishedgovernance,security, and complianceguardrails

  • Contributeto thedefinitionandimplementationoflightweight, effective practicessupportingthe CitizenDevelopmentcapability

  • Supportcontinuousimprovementofwaysofworkingandcontributeto theevolutionandscalingof the CitizenDevelopmentpractice.

  • Fosterknowledgesharing and helpbuildasustainable,connected, and mature CitizenDevelopmentecosystemacrosstheorganization

An intermediate level of proficiency in English is required, as the individual will be expected, on a daily basis, to engage in conversations with unilingual Englishspeaking partners and colleagues, as well as to read, understand, and write business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will notably take place with subsidiarieslocatedin the United States and Canada, in the context of projects, workshops, and the sector’s daytoday activities.
