Enable andcoordinateinteractionsbetweenbusinessteams,citizendevelopers, and stakeholders toensurealignmentonpriorities, objectives, andexpectedvalue.
Actasacentral point of coordination for CitizenDevelopmentinitiatives,ensuringcoherenceandcontinuityacrossarapidlyevolvingecosystem
Facilitatekeyworkingsessions,includingintakereviews,prioritizationdiscussions, andfollow‑ups, to support effectivedecision‑makingandprogress
Serve as the entry point for newrequestsand initiativesrelatedtolow‑codesolutions (e.g., Power Platform, automation flows).
Performinitial analyses toensurerequestsarecomplete,clear, andactionable, and guidethemtowardtheappropriatedeliverypathsandresources
Structure,maintain, andoverseeabacklogofrequestsand initiatives,ensuringasmoothand efficient flowfromideatodelivery
Provideclearvisibilityonprogress,priorities,workload,risks, and issues to supportinformeddecision‑makingby stakeholders.
Identifyandcoordinatedependenciesacrossteams, support theresolutionofblockers, andescalateissueswhenrequired
