Role Purpose

Lead the Practice's growth, profitability, and market leadership by driving business strategy, AI-led innovation, customer success, ecosystem partnerships, and talent transformation. Accountable for Practice P&L, revenue growth, market expansion, operational excellence, and long-term business value creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Growth & Market Leadership

• Define and execute the Practice's growth strategy across industries, customers, and geographies.
• Identify emerging opportunities, develop differentiated capabilities and high-growth offerings, and strengthen relationships with analysts, advisors, industry bodies, and strategic stakeholders.
• Establish market leadership through innovation, thought leadership, commercialization, and strategic partnerships.

1. P&L Ownership & Business Growth

• Own the Practice P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, bookings, and strategic deal conversion.
• Partner with sales, consulting, and account teams to accelerate customer acquisition, expansion, and wallet-share growth.
• Develop and commercialize market-leading solutions, platforms, managed services, accelerators, and outcome-based offerings that drive scalable business growth and customer value

1. AI-Led Innovation & Transformation

• Lead AI-first business transformation by embedding AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, intelligent operations, and data-driven solutions across client engagements and delivery models.
• Drive innovation and commercialization of AI-led, agentic, and data-driven solutions, ensuring responsible AI governance across their development, deployment, and adoption.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, resilience, and measurable business outcomes.

1. Customer Success, Ecosystem Leadership & Organizational Excellence

• Build strategic relationships with CXOs, customers, partners, and industry ecosystems to drive growth, market expansion, and business value.
• Lead alliance-driven growth through joint go-to-market initiatives, co-innovation, and ecosystem-enabled offerings.
• Drive superior customer outcomes, retention, expansion, and advocacy while ensuring operational excellence through governance, risk, compliance, and quality.
• Build a future-ready organization through leadership development, succession planning, AI-enabled talent transformation, and a culture of innovation and high performance.
