Salary: $92,000 - $108,000

The Practice Director owns their programs' quality and its growth by providing overall leadership and accountability for the assigned area of responsibility, with a focus on program performance, sustainability, and growth. This role drives business development efforts to identify new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, expand services, and increase program reach and impact. The Practice Director also ensures established outcomes and financial and operational goals are achieved while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.

As The Villages of Indiana's Practice Director you will:

  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring effective operations, sustainable program performance, achievement of established outcomes, and strategic growth and expansion into additional areas as appropriate.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators, evaluates program outcomes, and implements improvements to ensure continued success, accountability, and long-term viability
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and service expansion.
  • Build partnerships and resources to support program growth and increase organizational impact
  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.

Position Requirements:

  • Master's degree from accredited university
  • Experience creating, improving, and sustaining programs

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience growing a program or practice
  • Independent clinical license in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent), or the ability to obtain one
  • Clinical experience with children, youth and families
  • Familiarity with telehealth, Medicaid, and insurance billing
  • Background in child welfare or community mental health
