Job Description

Practice Coordinator (Reception) | 9299 | Permanent Contract| 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum | Grade D | King’s Lynn

We are looking for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Practice Coordinator to work on our Reception Desk and provide administrative support to our team of Social Workers in Family Help and High Needs Teams.

This role will be based at Priory House in King’s Lynn, welcoming clients, families, professionals and contractors.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in an office/reception environment, but if you are flexible and looking for a challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Below are some of the skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, a good telephone manner
  • Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Friendly and Approachable
  • Cultural awareness
  • Excellent keyboard and ICT skills, including Excel, Word and Databases
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Experience of organising and minuting meetings
  • Ability to process invoices and other finance related tasks
  • Team working
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Effective business support is a vital element to the success of Children’s Services. This post enables a focused, consistent business support service to managers and staff.
