Job Description

Practice Coordinator (Administrator) | 10813 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,989 to £26,403 per annum | Grade D | West Norfolk and Breckland

An exciting opportunity is being offered as a Practice Coordinator (Administration) to support our In Care and Life Beyond Care Services in our West and Breckland patch.

We are looking for a highly focussed, organised, and resourceful individual who is looking for the next step in their career path.

This role requires you to work closely as part of the Business Support team, supporting the Network Coordinators and with the Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager for In Care and Life Beyond Care services across the county. You will be comfortable working within the team but also have the skills and confidence to work independently. Being part of an effective business support team is a vital element to the success of Children’s Services and this post contributes greatly by delivering a consistent business support service to the managers, staff and ultimately our families, children and young people.

You will have previous experience of working in an office environment with excellent customer service and exceptional IT skills. You will also be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise work and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. If you are committed to delivering first class levels of support, are proactive as well as positive, are a true team player and have a "can do" approach, then we would welcome your application. Whilst the role is hybrid working there is an expectation to attend the office at least once a week.

Before you apply, we recommend reading the full and Person Specification to help you demonstrate you meet the criteria.

For an informal discussion please contact Lorraine Mahood, In Care, Life Beyond Care and UASC Business Manager at lorraine.mahood@norfolk.gov.uk or Katie Holmes, Assistant Business Manager, In Care & Life Beyond Care at katie.holmes@norfolk.gov.uk
