Job Description

Practice Coordinator (Admin & Support) Children with Disabilities | 10421 | Secondment Opportunity / Temporary Contract until January 2027| 37 hours per week | £25,989 to £26,403 per annum | Grade D | Elizabeth House, Dereham

We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, focused and resourceful individual to provide a range of administrative and support services to the West & Breckland locality within the Children with Disabilities team. This post ensures a focused, consistent operational support service to managers, staff and clients.

If you have previous experience of working in an office and you are flexible, we would love to hear from you.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word and ability learn in-house database systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner essential.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Experience of financial processes and procedures.
  • Ability to organise meetings, take and produce minutes.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Awareness of data protection and information management.

You will be part of a well-established, supportive team and training will be provided.
