Practice Coordinator | 9834 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum | Grade D | County Hall

We are seeking to recruit a highly focused, organised and resourceful individual to provide administrative operational support to the East locality within the Children with Disabilities Team.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word and ability learn in-house database systems
• Excellent telephone manner essential
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to deal with people at all levels
• Experience of financial processes and procedures
• Ability to organise meetings, take and produce minutes
• The ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Awareness of data protection and information management

You will work closely with the Team Manager, Network Coordinator and Business Support team to support the frontline staff, our children/young people and their families/carers.
