1. Soporte en Levantamiento de Procesos y Requerimientos
Mapear procesos mediante SIPOC, BPMN y VSM básico.
Documentar flujos de trabajo del laboratorio.
Apoyar en la elaboración de BRD y FRD.
Levantar requerimientos simples con analistas, EHS a IT.
2. Soporte a Proyectos de Mejora Continua
Recopilar, depurar y analizar datos ambientales.
Elaborar Pareto, Ishikawa y 5 Why’s.
Apoyar en control estadístico de procesos (SPC).
Apoyar en análisis de correlación, tendencias y regresión básica.
3. Soporte IT – EHS
Apoyar en la digitalización de inspecciones, QA/QC y registros.
Probar soluciones digitales (UAT).
Documentar incidencias.
4. Gestión de Datos y BI
Construir y mantener dashboards en Power BI (nivel intermedio)
Analizar data a través de Python y R
Modelar datos básicos (Power Query, relaciones, DAX simple).
Asegurar calidad de datos.
5. Estandarización y Aprendizaje
Actualizar procedimientos.
Apoyar capacitaciones internas.
Documentar lecciones aprendidas.
Formación
Egresado de Ingeniería Ambiental, Industrial, Química, Sistemas, Estadística o afines.
Conocimientos Técnicos
Business Intelligence (Power BI) – Nivel intermedio.
Herramientas estadísticas:
Estadística descriptiva e inferencial básica
SPC
Correlación y regresión
Pareto, Ishikawa
Excel intermedio-avanzado
Conocimientos básicos de ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (deseable)
