Como nuestro próximo Practicante en Automatización de Procesos, estarás a la vanguardia apoyando al área de Recursos Humanos mediante la creación y mantenimiento de herramientas digitales que optimicen tiempos y mejoren la gestión de datos internos. Tu conocimiento en tecnologías de la información será clave para impulsar la eficiencia y la innovación en nuestros procesos.

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener herramientas automatizadas para generación de documentos digitales.
• Crear formularios y flujos de trabajo en plataformas digitales (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Apoyar en la integración de sistemas y bases de datos internas para centralizar información.
• Dar mantenimiento a hojas de cálculo, dashboards y sistemas utilizados por el área de RH.
• Documentar procesos automatizados y brindar capacitación básica a usuarios internos.
• Proponer mejoras tecnológicas para procesos recurrentes del área.
• Estudiante activo(a) de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Informática o carrera afín.
• Interés por el área de Recursos Humanos.
• Conocimiento básico/intermedio en:
Automatización con macros, scripts (Google Apps Script, VBA).
Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Bases de datos (Excel, Google Sheets, Access).
Formularios digitales (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms).
• Capacidad de análisis, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Experiencia previa en desarrollo de aplicaciones o integración de sistemas.
• Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas de gestión documental.
