Misión: Hacer seguimiento a la programación de los despachos de inicio a fin para asegurar la entrega de los productos al cliente en tiempo y forma, así como llevar el control documentario que involucra el proceso logístico de transporte.
Funciones:
Llevar la administración documentaria de los contratos y permisos de transporte para alertar su vigencia y garantizar el transporte de EMR.
Administrar las Ordenes de Compra para el envío de las conformidades de servicios a los transportistas.
Efectuar el control y generación de las solicitudes de guías de tránsito de EMR para las compras, traslados entre almacenes y ventas a cliente final, así como garantizar el envío de las guías de remisión por parte del transportista para la gestión contable de Enaex.
Seguimiento al cumplimiento diario de la programación de las unidades en almacén y monitoreo de las mismas hacia el cliente final para asegurar la entrega de los productos en tiempo y forma.
Apoyar en la elaboración del reporte de gastos de distribución para determinar los costos incurridos en el transporte y el aprovisionamiento.
Requisitos:
Egresado o bachiller en Ing. Industrial, Administración o carreras afines.
Deseable experiencia de 3 meses en trabajos afines o empresa industrial
Conocimiento deseable en procesos logísticos de transporte
Conocimiento deseable en SAP nivel básico u otros Sistemas BDO.
Office nivel intermedio.

In 2021, Enaex strengthened its presence in Australia by acquiring Downer Blasting Services.
