🎯 Misión del rol
Brindar soporte en la gestión y análisis de información del área de Recursos Humanos mediante la creación de herramientas de visualización y el monitoreo de indicadores clave (KPIs). Serás parte del desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
🎓 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Estudiantes a partir del noveno ciclo de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería de la Información, Estadística o afines.
Dominio avanzado de Excel, Power BI y Power Apps.
Conocimientos de SQL y Python (deseable).
