Role Purpose

Support the development and implementation of a standardized training system for warehouse operations. This internship aims to improve onboarding effectiveness, strengthen operational consistency, and support the transition from informal shadow-based training to a more structured and sustainable learning process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of a standardized training system for warehouse operations.
  • Analyze current logistics and warehouse processes to identify training needs and standardization opportunities.
  • Create and document role-specific work instructions and training materials for key logistics positions.
  • Support the design of onboarding and training content to ensure consistency across roles.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams to gather process information and validate procedures.
  • Observe daily operations to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Help standardize role expectations, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on reducing onboarding time and improving operational efficiency.
  • Participate in process improvement and change implementation activities within the warehouse environment.
  • Maintain training documentation updated and organized.

Required Education

  • Currently enrolled on a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
