Como nuestro próximo Practicante de Ingeniería de Procesos, estarás al frente de apoyar en la mejora y optimización de líneas de producción automatizadas. Tendrás la oportunidad de involucrarte en procesos industriales avanzados donde tu interés en automatización, mejora continua y manufactura será clave para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
• Apoyar en la elaboración y mejora de instrucciones de trabajo para cambios de modelo
• Participar en la implementación de la metodología 6S en líneas de producción
• Colaborar en actividades de mejora continua dentro de procesos automatizados
• Analizar procesos productivos y proponer mejoras en eficiencia
• Apoyar en la documentación y estandarización de operaciones
• Dar soporte a equipos automatizados (robots, servomotores, sensores, PLCs)
• Brindar apoyo operativo y técnico al equipo de ingeniería
• Estudiante de Ingeniería (Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Manufactura, Industrial o afín)
• Conocimientos básicos en sistemas neumáticos, eléctricos y mecánicos
• Manejo de herramientas de Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Interés en automatización industrial y procesos de manufactura
• Capacidad analítica, organización y trabajo en equipo
• Conocimiento básico de PLC o robótica industrial
• Experiencia académica en proyectos de automatización
• Familiaridad con metodologías de mejora continua (Kaizen)
• Interés en sistemas de visión artificial
