Objetivo del rol:
Brindar soporte en la gestión de la gerencia de personas y sostenibilidad a través de consolidación, seguimiento y reportabilidad de avances de gestión de las áreas internas.
Principales funciones:
Consolidar informes de gestión para el comité semanal ejecutivo.
Realizar seguimiento al plan maestro anual de la gerencia de personas y sostenibilidad
Centralizar indicadores de gestión de las diferentes área de la Gerencia de Personas y Sostenibilidad utilizando herramientas como Excel, PowerBI y Office 365.
Realizar seguimiento a los proyectos globales y regionales en los que este involucrada la Gerencia de Personas y Sostenibilidad
Realizar seguimiento y generar informes de avance de metas anuales de las diferentes áreas de la gerencia.
De ser necesario brinda apoyo en la ejecución de procesos de las diferentes áreas de la gerencia
Consolidar y validar la estructura de todos los procesos, políticas y procedimientos de las diferentes áreas de la gerencia.
Coordinar agendas de revisión, de avances y/o dificultades del plan maestro de cada uno de los coordinadores de la gerencia
Realizar propuestas de mejora y/o optimización de procesos en la gestión de información del área de personas.
Realizar vinculaciones de Dashboards en Teams y/o Sharepoint de acuerdo a necesidad
Requisitos:
Egresado de la carrera técnica y/o universitaria de recursos humanos, administración, psicología organizacional, ingeniería industrial y/o carreras afines.
Deseable 3 meses de experiencia en funciones relacionadas

Enaex consolidated in Brazil in 2015 by acquiring the company Britanite, the largest Brazilian civil explosives manufacturing and commercialization company. Enaex developed outside the region in June 2015, acquiring Davey Bickford, a global leader in the manufacture of electronic detonators and initiation systems, with headquarters in France and subsidiaries in Australia, Canada, Chile, the United States, Mexico and Peru.
In 2020, Sasol Explosives and Enaex started a joint-venture. Therefore, Sasol Explosives became Enaex Africa.
In 2021, Enaex strengthened its presence in Australia by acquiring Downer Blasting Services.
With this, the company develops an international growth plan, aimed at expanding its global presence and enhancing its capabilities to deliver innovative solutions with state-of-the-art technologies.
