• Project Management:

- Monitor and manage business requests in PeopleSoft and SAP, including opening, updating, and closing projects.

- Enter budgets, modify existing projects, and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Asset Creation and Capitalization:

- Create and maintain asset records in PeopleSoft and SAP in compliance with company policies and standards.

- Capitalize expenses or investment orders and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Print and mail physical asset tags to U.S. plants with proper documentation.

• Process Optimization and Reporting:

- Identify opportunities to streamline project and asset creation processes and improve efficiency.

- Document workflows and suggest process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks.

- Generate periodic reports to update stakeholders on progress and backlog reduction efforts.

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise systems (PeopleSoft, SAP) is a plus; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
