Role Purpose:
- Monitor and manage business requests in PeopleSoft and SAP, including opening, updating, and closing projects.
- Enter budgets, modify existing projects, and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and maintain asset records in PeopleSoft and SAP in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Capitalize expenses or investment orders and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Print and mail physical asset tags to U.S. plants with proper documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline project and asset creation processes and improve efficiency.
- Document workflows and suggest process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Generate periodic reports to update stakeholders on progress and backlog reduction efforts.
