Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans and product communication strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand goals.
  • Develop and refine communication strategies with agency, ensuring alignment with brand goals and optimizing the execution of PR campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize visibility and impact.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of PR materials (press releases, pr material, etc.) that support product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Mentor and train PR Junior staff, guiding them in key PR practices and ensuring they develop the skills necessary to contribute effectively to campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in managing PR Plan and Product Communication, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong media relations with media (IT, Mass and Lifestyle)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
  • Good English communication
  • Ability to work well under pressure and rush work
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong ability to work well as part of a team, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
