About the role:

We're looking for a driven PR Specialist to join our team and help shape the way we tell our story. You'll work across media relations, content creation, and campaigns - pitching, writing, and executing with a sharp eye and a clear voice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with journalists and agencies, and take real pride in well-crafted communication, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Drive PR execution by building and maintaining relationships with agencies and media. Craft compelling content across formats - media articles, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations

• Collaborate with team members on a variety of projects, from photo and video shoots to client interviews and employee events

• Execute communication tactics across all channels - earned, paid, shared, and owned

• Lead content strategy, write and proofread with precision, ensuring all messages align with the company's values and brand guidelines

• Support the Communications Manager across all aspects of communication and publicity

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Superb writing and editing skills, with hands-on experience in content creation and delivery

• 2+ years of relevant experience in communications and public relations, including media relations

• A Communications or Marketing degree

• The ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences - both internal and external

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels

• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience with cross-functional, international teams is a plus

• Fluency in English and Bulgarian
