Guerlain is the Parisian Alchemist that pursues an infinite quest for wonder of senses and crafts artistic beauty from nature, since 1828.

Singapore local market is recruiting a Public Relation intern to be responsible for the implementation of PR & Media related marketing activities in Singapore.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SEEDING & PRESS RELEASE

  • Work hand in hand with PR Executive on the seeding strategy to influencers and medias to increase Guerlain’s awareness. Executing all seeding deliverables for new launches, campaigns/ festivals with internal PR team for Local Market.

  • Ensure all seeding quantities and inventories are available in a timely manner.

  • Adapt and disseminate Press Releases, pitch targeted stories and send gifts to build robust relationship with key media/ KOL contacts.

  • Support retailers communication in regards to new assets, creatives request and information on short copywriting (when needed).

EVENT MANAGEMENT

  • Source, plan and liaise with third party suppliers (i.e. floral, F&B, activity vendors) for the execution of PR events.

  • Manage the preparation of logistic arrangement for PR events including set-up, gifts arrangement with AOG (Art of Gifting), RSVP list and follow-up post-event contacts.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, executing events i.e. key launches/ trade/ in-store events for Media/ KOL or involving media front (e-symposium).

  • Organize media / KOL interviews with internal spokespersons in HQ

ADMIN SUPPORT AND MONTHLY REPORTS

  • Monitor media coverages for every activation.

  • Submit monthly PR clippings and weekly newsletter to regional

  • Weekly internal report to measure effectiveness of media/ KOL engaged, organic coverage, gift tracking.

  • Competitor analysis: Always be at the top of the game! Check out which media/ KOL that are relevant with high influencing power engaged by competitor brand.

  • Connect to each media and KOL on a regular basis to understand their upcoming interest on coverage (Editorial) and propose relevant advertorial (on key launches)

  • Admin support: Ensure smooth delivery for seeding, arrange meetings with key KOL and Media, support internal marketing team with proper documentation for any inventory orders/ gift tracking, events flow and rundown, extra support in events when needed.

  • Internship Duration: Jul – Dec 2026 on full time basis

  • University students who is passionate for luxury beauty Brand exposure and proud to be the ambassador of the brand to nurture Guerlain DNA, Heritage and be at the in-depth level of PR and Marketing.

  • Appreciate and explore creativity in the world of luxury universe.

  • Possess teamwork, independent, high-motivated and high-performing in tight deadlines.
