The role
Our Zeekr Germany team is looking for a Marketing & PR Lead who will be responsible for developing and implementing our Marketing & PR activities in Germany. The role will be varied and both internal and external facing. You will build the strength of the ZEEKR brand in Germany, in partnership with your central EU marketing & PR counterparts.

As you will be a one-person team, you like to be operationally involved in all Marketing & PR activities.

This is what you will do:

• Partner with European Marketing & PR team to develop 360 Marketing & PR plan for Germany based on EU Brand and Communications strategy.

• Lead local Media Relations, Press Office and fleet working closely with your EU PR team and agency partners.

• Drive and implement local event and content calendar in line with defined EU brand pillars and activation territories.

• Develop tactical campaigns in partnership with EU team to drive lower funnel traffic and ensure optimization of the campaign to drive maximum lead conversion.

• Partner with EU paid media team and agencies to optimize both biddable and non-biddable media buys.

• Plan, project-lead, and implement nationwide events, exhibitions, road shows, pop-ups, and test drive events (B2B).

• Manage local NSC Marketing & PR budget, cost control and purchase request processes.

• Partner with EU CRM team to manage the customer pipeline via Salesforce (Creating/generating/collecting/allocating sales leads). Develop and execute CRM campaigns to nurture leads and funnel management.

• Create proposals for resources and prioritization of local market campaigns.

• Manage the process for approval of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with EU

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in the automotive sector with a focus on marketing & PR.

• Strong knowledge of the German PR landscape including media & publisher relationships.

• ‘Hands-on’ mentality.

• Experience from a scale-up or start-up – this is a nice-to-have.

• Native German, good level of English.

• Strong strategic communication skills.

• Project management skills.
