Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is required to assist Parfums Christian Dior Singapore PR function on PR activities as part of wider marketing campaigns, as well as provide day-to-day administrative support.

Campaign Activations

  • Assist on planning of PR events, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned

  • Event management, including set-up and tear-down, on-site management and hosting of PR guests, post-event coordination

PR & Communications Support

  • Preparation of PR materials, from downloading of assets from Central to adaptation for local usage

  • Trend identification, KOLs scouting and liaison for selected campaigns

  • Execution of PR campaigns including preparation of briefs, KOL lists for Central validation, dissemination of PR packages, post-event reports

  • Coordination with media and influencers on logistical details e.g. product sendouts for shoots

Administrative Support

  • Assist on ordering and packing of PR stocks

  • Assist on vendor creation

  • Competitor tracking of new product launches, PR and KOL activities

  • Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Internship duration: Jun/Jul - Dec 2026 on full time basis

  • Have a passion for luxury beauty

  • Out-going personality, able to adapt to fast-paced environment and multi-task

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficient in English. Additional proficiency in Mandarin may be beneficial to support communication with stakeholders across the region.

  • Have a keen eye for detail

  • Intermediate – Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop/illustrator for edit of artworks
