Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing press releases, media pitches, PR plans, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.
- Support the execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand communication initiatives.
- Coordinate and assist with promotional events such as press conferences, product launches, store openings, exhibitions, and media interactions.
- Research industry trends, media opportunities, and competitor activities to support PR strategies.
- Track, monitor, and compile media coverage reports and campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of PR activities.
- Support influencer outreach and campaign execution across various social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, meeting notes, and monthly reporting documents.
- Stay updated with current media, communication, and social media trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Corporate Communications.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience or interest in handling Fashion, Lifestyle, & Hospitality brands is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
- Good understanding of media relations and the PR ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and digital media.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
