Job Description
1. Communication Strategy Development
- Develop and implement internal/group-wide communication strategies to ensure effective messaging, foster unity, build culture, and enhance awareness of strategy and values, including the employer brand narrative.
- Create and execute external communication strategies for the countries of presence, focusing on employer and company brand identity, positioning, reputation, and stakeholder relations.
- Develop and implement international communication strategies targeting countries of interest, ensuring effective positioning, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement through tailored narratives and plans.
- Develop and implement a sustainability communication strategy to position PASHA Group effectively in ESG-related matters.
2. External Communication Management
- Executes initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and stakeholder engagement through media relations, public relations, and collaborations with government and non-government organizations.
- Lead the implementation of the Group ESG communication agenda.
3. International Communication Management
- Develop and promote PASHA Group narratives tailored for foreign stakeholders, enhancing brand perception through media presence, conferences, and other initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with external consultants to execute communication plans effectively.
4. Sustainability Communication Management
- Develop and implement the PASHA Group sustainability communication agenda, collaborating with external consultants for successful execution.
5. Advisory Services
- Provide consultation to PASHA Group companies on internal and external communication matters.
- Support top management and staff in communication-related issues.
6. Crisis Communication and Infrastructure Management
- Manage internal, group-wide, and external crisis communication strategies to safeguard the organization’s reputation.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the communication infrastructure within PASHA Group.
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as:
- PR Professional Diploma by CIPR and other reputable PR bodies
- International Certificate in Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (such as AMEC)
- Sustainability-related certifications.
- Business education/qualification or relevant knowledge to understand global economics and politics is preferred.
Professional Competencies:
- Expertise in developing and executing communication strategies across internal, external, group-wide, and international channels.
- Strong knowledge of media relations, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in communication measurement and evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with sustainability and ESG communication frameworks.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of cultural and market dynamics across different regions.
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex communication initiatives, including crisis communication, brand positioning, and stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies, consultants, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead communication teams and manage budgets effectively.
