职位描述
1、战略制定 • 基于行业趋势与业务节奏，制定年度/季度PR策略及预算，并与市场、产品、IR、HR团队对齐目标。 2、媒体关系 • 维护并拓展科技、财经、垂直行业及国际核心媒体/自媒体/KOL资源池（≥200人），建立分级管理机制。 • 主导媒体深访、圆桌、联合白皮书等深度内容合作，年均可量化曝光≥1亿次。 3、内容生产 • 撰写并把关新闻稿、深度稿、演讲稿、危机声明等，确保品牌语调一致性。 • 与内容营销团队协作，将技术/业务故事转化为媒体与公众易懂的叙事。 4、危机公关 • 搭建危机预警系统（舆情监测、红线词库、响应SOP），实现负面舆情2小时内响应、24小时内给出完整处理方案。 5、IP项目与事件管理 • 策划并落地全球级发布会、媒体沟通会、行业论坛、CEO对外 keynote，单场活动媒体到场率≥80%，NPS≥75。
