Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review daily RBABot report and work with EOs/operators to assign out test verifications/retests and acquire tester allocation from production.
2. Review test data to determine any further retests are needed.
3. With guidance from PQE, analyze test data and send out email triggers to PEs for failures.
4. Assist PQEs to work/follow up with PEs to close out test/VMI failures or any highlighted quality issues.
5. To assist in all logistics of OQA verifications tests
6. To assist PQEs in all line compliance checks/audits.
7. To execute all SBR buyoffs (compliance to BR from Agile).
8. To assist QEs in engineering evaluations and to prepare required status updates/reports.
9. Issuance and monitoring of QA daily consumable items: gloves, stick cleaner, MPO cleaner.
10. To assist QEs in FA/TLC buy-offs (note: this one requires Agile access for the techs).
11. To prepare shiftly report on PQE test/VMI failures report summary status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience
3. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc
4. With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
5. Can work independently and work with support teams as needed.
6. Has basic knowledge of optical circuit, circuit analysis, problem solving and master the use of optical module test instruments.
