In this role, you will:


Working as part of a team delivering reliable delivery enablement, this role provides operational support for PPM and Agile tools, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting while driving configuration, testing and process improvements that enhance usability, performance and adoption.

  • You will provide timely incident resolution, service request handling and user support for PPM and Agile tools in line with service standards.
  • You will manage user accounts, roles and access, ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements.
  • You will maintain accurate portfolio, program and project data, producing reliable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • You will support continuous improvement by assisting with tool updates, testing, documentation, and monitoring system performance.

About you

  • You have working knowledge of PPM and Agile tools, with strong capability in data entry, validation and reporting.
  • Your skills include managing user accounts, roles and access, ensuring secure and governed tool usage.
  • You are experienced in producing standard and ad‑hoc reports, supporting system testing, change activities, and maintaining clear user documentation.
  • You demonstrate strong problem‑solving, prioritisation and workload management skills, with proven tool support experience and high attention to detail.
